A tea room at Saiō-in, a sub-temple of Konkai Kōmyō-ji (Kurodani), designated under the name 'Saiō-in Tea Room.'
The Agency for Cultural Affairs dates it to the Jōkyō era (1684–87), mid-Edo: a three-mat room with a cupboard beside the service entrance (no preparation room), single-storey, gabled and shingled, with a gabled cedar-bark earthen eave at the front. It was designated an Important Cultural Property in 1941.
Konkai Kōmyō-ji's official site gives no information on visiting Saiō-in or Yodomi-no-seki.
